Solo, a Wharton graduate and son of a real estate investor. Seventy years later, we are now owned-and-operated by Stanley’s daughter Deborah Solo and supported by a dedicated team of agents including her son, Alejandro Franqui. Alejandro is the third generation and continues to build on the family legacy through his work as a developer and real estate agent at Solo Real Estate.
